MARY M. ADAMS

Mary M. Adams, 78, 207 Washington St., died Thursday at Blanchard Valley Hospital after a short illness.

She was born Jan. 30, 1899, in Mansfield to Charles S. and Ella (Forbing) Ashbrook. She married Arthur J. Adams on Nov. 22, 1917, and he survives.

Also surviving are a son, John C., 136 Woodley Ave.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Charles F Ashbrook, Flint, Mich.; and sisters Mrs. A. J. (Naomi) Sheema, Richmond, Va.; Mrs. W. F. (Esther) Runkle, Ctearwater, Fla.

Mrs. Adams was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Kirkpatrick-Hawkins Funeral Home, the Rev. Dean Carzoo officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
