"Joseph W. Cover, of Fostoria, has applied to the Common Pleas court for a divorce from his wife, Mary C. Cover. He alleges that they were married in Tiffin, Oct. 1883, and that they have one child: that the defendant has been guilty of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty and that she has absented herself from home the greater part of three years. That she deserted him and moved all of his household good to Bellevue, April 1, 1895, without his knowledge. He also allleges that he has reason to believe and does believe that the defendant's conduct and relations with other men, during the past three years, has been grossly imprudent and indiscreet. He asks for the custody of their child.:
