Linda Mattingly Hayden, 45, of Hillcrest Nursing Home, Owensboro, died Sunday, Jan. 31, 1988, at Mercy Hospital. She was born in Daviess County and was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. Survivors include her mother, Mary Lou Mattingly; four brothers, John, Charles and Gene Mattingly, all of Owensboro, and Tony Mattingly of Gary, Ind.; and three sisters, Mary Ann King of Owensboro, Nancy Bryant of Pleasant Ridge and Joyce Rome of Nashville, Tenn. Glenn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
