Shirley is survived by her husband, Robert Thorpe; 3 sons, Terry, Robert, and Jerry Thorpe; 4 daughters, Betty, Debbie, and Eileen Thorpe, and Bonnie Speer; 1 brother, Bobby Rooks; 2 sisters, Betty Wilks, and Helen Applegate; and 23 grandchildren. A celebration of Shirley's life will be 11:00 AM Friday, April 2, 2010 at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, TROTWOOD with Pastor Tom Chaldy officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
