Betty Jo Bills-Jackson was born to the union of Johnny Jackson and Rosetta Behn Bills on March 8, 1956 in Fresno, California. She received her education and early religious training in Fresno.
Betty accepted Christ in her life and united with the Fellowship Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Kenneth Ransfer, Sr. She was devoted to her family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She departed this life on July 14, 1993 in Fresno, California at the age of 37.
