Harry Taylor officiating. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Survived by wife of 40 years, Sophia (Kowilich) Baylor; daughters, Mrs. Carol J. Van Etten of Hamburg, PA and Mrs. Janice J. Koen of Wellsburg, NY; son Ronald L. Baylor of Hamburg, PA; mother, Mrs. Alice (Spencer) Baylor of Elmira; sister, Mrs. Eleanor Hofbauer of Elmira, NY; 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Elmira Roofers Union.
