MRS. ANNA LINDSTROM
Mrs. Anna Lindstrom died at her home in this city on Thursday evening, August 29, 1902, after an extended illness with dropsy. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. J. P. Borg, were held at the Swedish Lutheran church on Saturday morning at eleven o'clock, after which the remains were gently laid to rest in the Chariton cemetery.
Deceased was born in Sweden on May 18, 1826. In 1854, she was married to Peter Lindstrom, who passed away on December 26, 1900. They were the parents of four children, all of whom are living and were present at the last sad rites.
With her family, Mrs. Lindstrom came here in 1880, where she has since resided. She was a good, Christian woman, a kind neighbor and friend, and her death is mourned by a host of acquaintances. The sorrowing ones have the sympathy of the entire community in their great bereavement.
