Funeral services were held at Bidwell for William Chester Durst, 41, native of Jackson, who passed away at Columbus.

Mr. Durst was a mechanic for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railway for 22 years.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elda Durst; a son, Cpl. Samuel Durst with the army in Korea; his mother, Mrs. Lizzie Durst of Bidwell, two brothers and a sister.
