Mrs. Mary Elizabeth, Ezell, 75, widow of D.F. Ezell of Chesnee, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C.C. Lawson in Greenville Saturday afternoon after a lingering illness.
Mrs. Ezell was the daughter of the late John and Rebecca H. Daniel. She was born and reared in this county. A former resident of Chesnee, she made her home with her daughter in Greenville the past few years. She was a member of Greenville Central Baptist Church.
Surviving are 3 sons, W.O. Ezell of Spartanburg, P.L. Ezell of McCall, and A.H. Ezell of Spartanburg, Route 1; 2 daughters, Mrs. C.C. Lawson and Mrs. B. Ray of Greenville; 3 brothers, N.H. Daniel, W.C. Daniel and Joe Daniel of Landrum; 2 sisters, Mrs. Ida Cantrell of Boiling Springs and Mrs. T.R. McDowell of Spartanburg and Mrs. T.R. McDowell of Spartanburg; 14 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
