Funeral services for Eben L. Hubbell of Bellefont were held at the Jetmore Methodist church, Friday morning at 10 o'clock, with the Rev Lane C. Findley of Enid, Okla., former pastor of the Spearville Federated Church conducting the services assisted by the Rev. S. E. Warren, pastor of the Jetmore Methodist Church.
The choir of the Federated Church Spearville, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Retharat, Mrs. Hazel Herron and Rev. Elmer R. Frimoth with Mrs. Ted Berger of Jetmore accompanist, sang, "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" and "Beyond The Sunset", Charles Lennberg sang "The Lord's Prayer" with Mrs. Berger accompanist.
The Honorary pallbearers were Roy McKee, Carl McKee and George McKee, Bert Keith, Norman Giles, Lawrence Hawkins, John Woodman of Spearville and Clarence Watson of Jetmore.
Active pall bearers were Carl Thomas, Lyle Kuhn, Joe Schmehr, Joe Werner, Everett Bredfelt and Richard Sears.
The floral offerings were many and beautiful. Many friends from Bellfont, Spearville and Burdett attended the funeral services.
Interment was in the Fairmount cemetery of Jetmore.
