Richard Gair was born in Kiowa in 1930,youngest child of John and Myrtle(Bland)Gair. He was raised north of Ramah, on a farm and ranch. He was accomplished horseman, RCA card holder. He married his first wife Grace and together they had a son Lee. Grace passed away and left him to raise his son alone. Richie then married Grace's sister Zora Mae and together completed a ready made family including two sons Larry and Jerry, daughter Patty and youngest son Lee. Raised with the Lord, he recommitted himself to Christ later in life with Zora Mae by his side. One of his geatest joys was attending Colorado Cowboy Camp Meetings and praying under the men's prayer tree. He is survived by his son, Lee Gair, stepchildren, Larry L & Jerry D. Huffstetler and Patty J. Marauth; brothers Robbie & Kenneth Gair, grandchildren, Gr. Grandchildren, nieces & Nephews and a host of friends.
