A. Pauline (Duval) Bell, 71, of Bellingham passed away peacefully at home Saturday, April 3, 2010 surrounded by her loving family.
She was the beloved wife for 51 years of Normand Bell.
Born in Woonsocket, RI on November 18, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Blanche (Audette) Duval.
She was the loving mother of Suzanne G. Bell of West Wareham, MA. She leaves her grandchildren, Eugene "Chip" Vasquez, III and Randy Vasquez both of Woonsocket and great-grandchildren, Eugene "Buddy" Vasquez, IV and Isabella Vasquez both of Woonsocket. She was the sister of Madeleine Duval of Port Hueneme, CA and the late Gerald Duval.
A resident of Bellingham since 1972 formerly of Woonsocket and graduate of St. Clare High School of Woonsocket, Class of 1955. She worked as a bookkeeper at DMC Engineering of Framingham, MA for 10 years retiring in 2002. She formerly worked at New England Instrument of Natick, MA and Woonsocket, RI for 32 years as office manager for the accounting department. She was an avid painter, made stain glass and enjoyed gardening. Mr. & Mrs. Bell were married May 17, 1958 in Precious Blood Church, Woonsocket. Devoted to her family, she will be greatly missed.
Funeral will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 9:00AM from CARTIER'S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM at St. Brendan's Church, Hartford Ave., Bellingham, MA.
Interment will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham.
Visiting hours are Wednesday, April 7 from 7 to 9PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of A.
