He and Jarrell Downing were married 24 November 1945 at Archer City, Texas.
Agricola was a sergeant in the US Army during World War II, serving as a mechanic and spent 28 months in CBI Territory in Bombay, India. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.
He was a Lutheran and a retired oil field worker.
Survived by his wife; one son - Randy Agricola of Hamlin; one daughter - Loretta Kulhanek of Amarillo; one brother - Joe Woods of Caldwell; one sister - Lona Potts of Wichita Falls; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
One daughter - Regenia Ann Carnley preceded him in death.
