Hezekiah 1st married Victorine Churchward (b. 25 Oct 1843--dau of John and Lucy Churchward) in Richland Co, IL on 13 Mar 1860 and they had 2 children: Laura 1860 and Albert 1863

Hezekiah then had 2 children with Mary Jane (Mollie) Tipton but cannot find a marriage--children: Mattie 1869 and George 1874

Hezekiah married Mrs. Lucretia (Shields) Benton in Richland Co, IL on 13 Dec 1876 and they had 6 children: Rosella 1877, Anna 1879, Josephine 1881, William Henry 1883, and Irving 1885 -------they divorced approx 1889

Hezekiah then married Mrs. Louisa Josephine (Troutman or Greetman) Duvall in Christian Co, IL on 7 Apr 1891 and they had 4 children: Robert Shields 1891, Elzie Elmer 1892, Bertha Alberta 1894 and Harriett Mae 1898

Hezekiah died in 1899
