She was born at Possau, Germany.She married Mar. 17, 1902, Falls City, Richardson, NE. to Karl (Charlie)Albert Boeck (1871-1954). They had 8 children. Carl, August, Hermann, Louise, Fritz, William, Albert & Everet.
Parents were Ludwig & Henrietta (Pudavitz) Storbeck. They had 4 children.
Charles and August Boeck established their home on a farm northwest of Humboldt, NE. and continued to live on the farm until they retired and moved to Table Rock, NE. Charles passed away on July 15, 1954, and Augusta continued to live in Table Rock for awhile and then made her home with some of her children until she moved to the Colonial Acres Nursing HOme on June 17, 1975. She was a member of the St. James (Long Branch) Lutheran Church.
She was survived by one daughter, Mrs. Herbert (Louise) Volker of Humboldt, NE. 6 sons, August of Table Rock, Harry of Loyal,WI. Fred and William of Humboldt, Albert of Auburn, Evert of Gaylord, KS. one bother, Evert Storbeck of Table Rock, 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one son, Carl, three sisters, two brothers, one daughter-in-law, and 4 grandchildren.
She passed away at the Colonial Acres Nursing Home on Jun 17, 1983, having reached the age of 99 years, 10 months and 16 days.
Services held on June 21, 1983 at St. James Lutheran Church with Pastor Roger Hoffman officiating.
Burial in the St. James Cemetery.
