Funeral services will be held in the Queen of Peace church at Ewing Thursday morning at 9:30, Rev. Fr. Miller officiating and burial will be in the Catholic cemetery there. Mr. Tuley was a son of Frank W. and Nora Logsdon Tuley and was born near Benjamin in this county, November 12, 1896. He had worked at the printing trade in Columbia several years and in Chicago four years, with an interim of three year at other employment in Kirksville, before he came here in 1931. He was employed in the Indicator's plant for several months in 1935. He served as timekeeper on the WPA projects here and two years ago next month he was also made supervisor of LaGrange projects, including the last WPA sewer and water main project, which position he held until he was stricken by illness January 22. Mr. Tuley was married October 7, 1930, to Miss Isabel Gibson of Clark county who survives him, together with their four children, Clarita, William, Robert and James Elmer. During his residence here his character and conduct and his friendly manner had won for him many friends. His untimely death calls forth the sympathy of all for his bereaved wife and young children.
