Seig Mowery
ATHENS, Tenn. -- Seig R. Mowery died Monday, March 15, 1999, at Woods Memorial Hospital.
He was 81. He was a retired truck driver from Wade's Trucking and the father of the late Cindy Lunsford.
Survivors include his wife, Ida Marie Mowery, Athens; five daughters, Barbara Mitchell and Beulah Evans, Sugar Valley, Ga., Shelia Haws, Jonesboro, Rosetta Mowery, Key Largo, Fla., and Marcella Palier, Elizabethtown; one son, Billy Ray Mowery, Etowah, Tenn.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be today at 8 p.m. at Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Harris officiating.
Graveside services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in McMinn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends today from 5 to 8 p.m. at Ziegler Funeral Home.
