W. H. Hudson, 85, of Huntsville passed away September 12, 2006 in a local hospital. Masonic graveside services will be held Thursday 1:00 pm September 14, 2006 at Rocky Mount Cemetery in Nacogdoches County, Texas.
Mr. Hudson was born July 17, 1921 in Madill, Oklahoma to George and Mary Hudson. Mr. Hudson married Mavis Wilson on July 13, 1943. He was life member of the Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite, and worked for Southern Pacific and Missouri Pacific Railroad for 26 years, and Uncle Bens Rice for 10 years. He was a veteran of the US Army serving our country for 5 years, enjoyed wood carving and could fix anything.
He is survived by his wife, Mavis Hudson of Cleveland, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Kay and Lynn Bouse of Goldthwaite, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Pam Hudson of Columbus, Texas; 2 granddaughters; 2 grandsons; 1 great granddaughter; 3 brothers and 3 sisters-in-law; 1 sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in Death by Parents, son Billy Hudson and 2 brothers, Nelson and Silas Hudson.
Pallbearers will be as followed: Donald Hudson, Gary Hudson, Thomas Rash, Shawn Rightmer, Lynn Bouse and David Wilson.
