Services will be conducted Tuesday at 2pm at the Schwerha Funeral Home in Midland for Robert Earl Blair, 63, of Midland RD1, Glasgow Borough.
He died Saturday morning (November 25, 1972) at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. after a long illness.
Mr. Blair was born in New Martinsville, WV, June 17, 1909, and had been employed as a welder at the TOC Department of the Crucible Steel Division of Colt Industries.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ida Blair, at home; 2 sons, Thomas Blair of Midland RD1 Pa., & Robert W. Blair of Newell, WV; 2 daughters, Mrs. George (Doris) Sherman & Mrs. Robert (Dolly) Smith both of Industry, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Esther McCoy of New Martinsville, WV; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
The Rev. Robert J. Higerd of Smiths Ferry United Methodist Church will officiate the service.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Industry, Pa.
