Zelda Florence Clemens Burd was the daughter of George B Clemens and Lucina E Snook Clemens. She married James Edward Burd in abt 1913. They had 5 children:
George J Burd (abt 1911-1935)
Mary Burd Yentzer (m. Joseph Yentzer)
Samuel Howard Burd (see link below)
Alberta Ruth Burd Lash (m. Fern Lash)
Anna Mae Burd Slonager (m. Joseph Sloanker)

As of the late 1980s, NO STONE had been placed on Zelda's grave. In fact, the exact location was not able to be determined at that time due to poor record keeping at the cemetery.

MRS ZELDA F. BURD (died Sat., July 4,1959)
Mrs. Zelda F. Burd, 66 died at her home at McVeytown, R.D. 2, Saturday, July 4 at 6:30 A.M., of a sudden heart attack.
Mrs. Burd was born in Mifflin County, Sept. 2 1892, a daughter to the late George and Lucina Snook Clemens.
She is survivied by her husband, Mr. James E. Burd, and four children, and a foster son. Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Yentzer of Elizabethtown; Samuel Burd of Selinsgrove; Mrs. Fern (Ruth) Lash of Philadelphia; Mrs. Joseph (Anna Mae) Slonaker of Lansdale, and a foster son, Donald E. Burd of Burnham, Pa.
Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Albert B. Snook, 401 W. 5th St., nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Burd was a member of the Burnham E. U. B. Church.
Services will be held Wednesday at 10 A.M. in the Speer Funeral Home at Burnham in charge of the Rev. M. F. Warntz. Interment will be made in Birch Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home any time after 7 o'clock this evening.
