Pauline Alberty, 94, of Fort Smith died on Thursday, April 8th in her home. She was retired from Whirlpool where she had worked for 25 years in the Insurance department. She was a member of Westark Church of Christ, she volunteered for RSVP, the Mayor's office and Foster Childrens Association. She was a past multiple winner of The Orchid Award, she was a proud gardener, loved flowers, yard work and travel she was also an avid Razorback Fan. She was the widow of C. O. Alberty.
Memorial services will be held, 1:00 PM Saturday, April 17, 2010 in Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel 4500 Jenny Lind, Fort Smith, AR 72901. Private burial.
She is survived by her son Dr. Joe Alberty and his wife Carita of Fort Smith, AR ; two grandsons Brett Alberty and is wife Crystal of Little Rock, AR and Scott Alberty and his wife Bernie of Fayetteville, AR, a sister Anna Jo Lampkin of Dardanelle, AR, great granddaughter Shelby and her close friends, Dorothy Carroll, Gary and Nguyen Carroll and Loretta Moore.
