Connie Jo Pratt, 51, of Paragould, died Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Baptist East Hospital, Memphis.
Born October 29, 1958, in San Diego, California, she was a BSN RN at Helena Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Pratt was a member of the 7th and Mueller Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Joann Bates.
Survivors include her husband, David Pratt of the home; two sons, Casey Pratt of the home and Seth Pratt of Los Angeles, California; two brothers, David Bates of El Cajon, California, Pat Bates of Tucson, Arizona; and one sister, Penny Hale of Santee, California.
Funeral services were held at 7th and Mueller Church of Christ with Larry McFadden and Michael Cox officiating. Burial was in Pine Knott Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home.
David Summitt, Mark Wilbur, Frank Reddick, Roy Thomas, Delaine Landrum, Mark Morris, John Otto and Barry Greenway served as pallbearers.
