ANDERSON — Dorothy Ann Wilcox Shannon, 81, died April 12, 2010, in Anderson.

Dorothy was the daughter of Thomas L. Wilcox Sr. and Jeannette (Phares) Wilcox, who preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Broad Ripple High School and attended Butler and Indiana universities. Dorothy was an employee of Eli Lilly. She married Kenneth J. Shannon on Oct. 1, 1955.

She is survived by . . ..

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Wilcox; her sister-in-law, Mary Lou (Matzke) Wilcox; and her niece, Rebecca Wilcox.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Crown Hill Gothic Chapel with calling from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Inurnment will be in Field of Valor, Crown Hill Cemetery.

Arrangements entrusted to Crown Hill Funeral Home.
