Russell Crist, 80, of Main Street, Pennsburg, formerly of Zionhill, died Tuesday in Quakertown Community Hospital. He was the husband of Ellen R. (Renner) Crist. They were married 57 years in June.
Crist was a laborer for the former Emmaus Foundry for many years before retiring in 1976.
Born in Earlington, Montgomery County, he was a son of the late Edwin and Emma (Long) Crist.
He was a member of Springfield Church of the Brethren, Springfield Township.
Survivors:8 children, 2 sisters, 5 brothers, 35 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandson.
