Charles was a half-brother of Norton P. Fulp, Harold E. Fulp and Robert Justin Fulp Sr., children of Ray Fulp and his first wife, Edna Grace Norton.
Charles was a full brother of Josephine (Fulp) Harris, and their parents were Ray Fulp and his first wife, Mabel M. Morrison.

Charles D. Fulp, 66, of Walesboro died at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2000, at his home.
He retired from Cummins Engine Co. and was a member of Taylorsville United Methodist Church and St. John's Masonic Lodge. He was a veteran of the Army.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Barkes, Inlow & Weaver Funeral Home on Washington Street, with the Rev. William R. Cordes officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 11:30 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Bethel Baptist Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana.
Mr. Fulp was born in Taylorsville Jan. 3, 1934, the son of Mable Morrison Fulp of Edinburgh and the late Ray Fulp. He married Deloris Taylor May 25, 1956. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Curt Fulp of Columbus; a daughter, Stephanie Horn of Columbus; and a brother, Robert Fulp Sr. of Taylorsville.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Norton Fulp; a sister, Josephine Harris; and a half brother, Lawrence Huber.
