She was born May 26, 1922, in Columbia, Ky., the daughter of Lennis and Essie Janes Rowe.
She retired from Delco Remy in Anderson in 1976, after 30 years of service.
She was a member of the Daleville Lioness' Club, Daleville Christmas Committee, UAW 662, Daleville United Methodist Church and Daleville Festival Committee and worked election day polls for more than 30 years. She was awarded Citizen of the Year in 2008 and was known for being the queen of ticket sales in the town. She loved Daleville and working in her garden.
She had been active in several bowling leagues.

In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Daleville United Methodist Church, with Pastor Judy Fuller officiating. Burial will follow at Saunders Cemetery, east of Daleville.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Daleville United Methodist Church or Daleville Lions Club.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Daleville Chapel.
