*Per findagrave contributor, DeLories Robinson Vaughn, who is related by marriage, Sarah Ann Boone Bullington was the great-great niece of the historic Daniel Boone. Her relationship was noted as follows:
Sarah Boone's parents were: Allen Boone 1816-1855 Kentucky and Ann Hardy. Allen Boone's parents were: Israel Boone 1780-1839 North Carolina/Tennessee and Elizabeth Rebecca Moore 1787-1849 Tennessee. From there Israel Boone's parents were: Jesse Boone 1748-1829 Pennsylvania/Tennessee and Sarah McMahan 1750- ? North Carolina/Tennessee. Then his parents were: Israel Boone 1726-1756 Pennsylvania/North Carolina and Martha LNU 1728-1756 Pennsylvania/North Carolina. Finally Israel parents were: Squire Boone 1696-1765 Devonshire England/North Carolina and Sarah Jarman Morgan 1700-1777 Pennsylvania/North Carolina. AND they were the parents of Daniel Morgan Boone 1734-1820 Pennsylvania/Missouri who was married to Rebecca Ann Bryan 1738-1813. Now both, Daniel Boone and Rebecca died in Missouri. But it wasn't until 1845 that their remains were removed to Frankfort, Franklin Co., Kentucky.
