Chad Eli Noel, 25, died Thursday, March 9, 2010, in New York City.
He was adopted at birth by James and Peggy (Wheat) Noel.
He attended Linford Elementary School, Laramie Junior High School and Laramie High School.
He enjoyed hunting, four wheeling and art. He was a very talented person and was aspiring to become an artist.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Casey; his mother, Peggy, who died when he was very young; his grandparents, Chuck and Gerry Noel; and his grandfather, Creed Wheat.
He is survived by his parents, James and Bonnie Noel of Laramie; sisters, Kelsey Noel and her fiancé, Michael Gatlin and their children, Keelan and Angi of Laramie and Andrea Senior and her husband, Joel and their children, Ryder and Reese; a brother, Kevin Noel; a grandmother, Jean Wheat; grandparents, Vern and Norma Breazeale; aunts and uncles, Gale Lundberg and her husband, Roger of Torrington, Jim Wheat and his wife, Debbie of Laramie, Becky Bean and her husband, Lance of Laramie, Bobbie Bogango and her husband, Larry of Yakima, Wash., Beth Breazeale and her husband, Scott Fogerty of Laramie, Borgia Noel and his wife, Debbie of Laramie; cousins, Joe Wheat and his wife, Lindsey, Steve Wheat and his wife, Katie, John Bobango, Borgia Noel Jr. and his wife, Emily and their children, Joseph Noel and his children, Flossie Erben and her husband, Cody and Jeannie Lindner and her husband, Marcel.
A memorial service Was Held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First Christian Church, 2130 Garfield, followed by a reception at the Elks Club.
