Charles Simmons, Jr., 64, of Baraboo, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2000 at St. Clare Hospital.
    He is survived by seven children, Cheryl Miller (John Lange) of Baraboo, Cynthia (Patrick) Kozel of Baraboo, Dallas Carl (Tracy) Simmons of West Bend, WI, Laurie Perkins (Dan Kuenster) of Baraboo, Dolly Simmons (Larry Stout) of Baraboo and Bobbie Jo Simmons of Baraboo; nine grandchildren, Tarina, Mitchell and Eric Beatty, Kristi Mae Perkins, Ashley and Alexis Simmons, Katherine Marchant, Dallas Simmons and Emma Kozel; his mother, Dolly Dee Simmons of Litchfield, IL; a sister, Doris (Dan) Driscoll of Elgin, IL; two brothers, Carl (Mary) Simmons of Salem, IL and Bill (Margaret) Harmon of Litchfield, IL; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM on Thursday, December 28, 2000 at the Redlin Funeral Home in Baraboo. Interment will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery. Military Rites will be accorded at the grave.
    Friends may call on Thursday, from 12 noon until the time of services at the funeral home.
    In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
