Our father was born on July 4th, 1949 he was very proud of his birthdate because it is the Independence of The United States. He came to the U.S. ....In the early 70's where Peace & Love was the thing.

He met my mother and decided to get married, later in January 1st, 1974 I was born. After four years my mother became pregnant again and had another beautiful little baby girl!

In the early 80's my mother divorced our "papi". After this sad transition our papi decided to move to San Francisco, CA. He spent most of his life in the Bay Area, he was a very productive and hard worker. Never in life did he ever forgot he had two daughters. We were always his (Dos Amores Forever More) Oh! sooo! very happy to see our daddy! When he used to drive to Los Angeles he used to bring us goodies, he took us everywhere.. I believe our most memorable moments were when we went to Disneyland and San Fransisco!! We had such a great time.

Later in life our grandmother passed away (his mother)in 1997 and my dad took this very hard. He then relocated to Portland, Oregon he then passed away in 1999.

I wish you were still here
There so much I have tell you
I wonder would you be proud of me?

You said you always would be
But I will never know
You are always in my heart!!
In my mind
In my soul

Even if I forget you birthday
Even if I don't leave flowers on your grave
I know I've promised to so every year

May be this is the year I go out to your grave
But I have not been there since the day we said our farewells

But you linger in my thoughts
Always haunting me
But I have come to peace
With how you died
With the choice you made
But that doesn't not stop me from hearing your voice on the wind

But how can that be
When your dead
When your gone
Did you ever leave
I know you never did
Because I know your always in my heart!!
I LOVE YOU PAPI!
