Gary Abercrombie, 49, died and was born and raised in Fort Pierce. He attended Fort Pierce Central High School. He was the co-owner/operator of Abercrombie Citrus Trucking Co. in Fort Pierce. He was a founding member of the Easy People Band in Fort Pierce, performing in the area for 35 years and a member of the Common Ground Vineyard Church in Fort Pierce.

Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Abercrombie; mother, Gloria Abercrombie; brothers, Terry, Derrel and Timmy R. Abercrombie.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Clayton Abercrombie; and brother, Larry Abercrombie.

Services: Visitation will be from 10-11a April 24, with a service to follow at 11a at Haisley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
