MYRTLE P. "CATHERINE" TWIFORD, 84, of Ruskin died Wednesday at South Bay Hospital. A native of Washington, D.C., she had lived in the Tampa Bay area 15 years, coming from Suffolk, Va. She was a retired psychiatrist and Baptist. She is survived by her husband, Carl D. "Bud" two stepsons, Terry of Colorado and Hylas of Bellingham, Wash.; and three grandchildren.
