Mrs. Oscar Auestad
Funeral for Mrs. Oscar Auestad will be Saturday at 1pm
at Dowling Chapel at Cathlamet Washington. Buriel will be in Cathlamet.
Mrs. Auestad died Tuesday at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Vik in Cathlamet. She had been living with Mrs. Vik the past three years.
Mrs. Auestad was born July 1, 1887 in Norway. She came to Portland when she was 18 and resided here until three years ago.
Other survivors include the widower, Oscar Sr., Portland; one son, Oscar Jr. and seven grandchildren.
