She was born in Somerset, KY on July 30, 1906 to Timothy E. and Lola Hargis Randall. She was raised in Kentucky where she began grade school. Her family moved to Montana when she was seven and she attended grade school and Belgrade High School.
She married Nick Verwolf on May 12, 1926 in Manhattan. The couple rented a farm south of Manhattan and later moved to East Helena. After moving to West Yellowstone, the couple returned to Manhattan to retire.
She was a member of the Legion Auxiliary of Manhattan and the Eagles Lodge of Bozeman. She enjoyed knitting and sewing.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Randall of Belgrade; and some nieces and nephews, including Joe and Elizabeth Verwolf of Manhattan. She was preceded in death by her husband.
Graveside services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park in Bozeman with the Rev. Jan Witman officiating. K&L Mortuaries in Three Forks is handling the arrangements.
