James Ronald Lindsay, 62, of Gulfport, died April 19, 2010. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Gulfport where he was an Eucharistic Minister, Usher and Greeter. He was a retired Education Administrator for Harrison County Schools for over 30 years.

Mr. Lindsay was preceded in death by his father, James E. Lindsay and his survivors include: wife, Shirley Ann Leverette Lindsay, Gulfport, mother, Dollye Johnson Lindsay, Ocean Springs; one son, James "Jimmy" (Tamiko) Lindsay, Hampton, VA; a daughter, Sharon (Darrell) Lindsay Davis, Mobile, AL; three brothers, Myat (Kathy) Lindsay, Moss Point, Mathew (Twanda) Lindsay, Ocean Springs, Edward Lindsay, McComb, MS; two grandchildren, Da'Marius Ja'Mal Lindsay, Patience Ann Davis; a mother-in-law, Laura Leverette and many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of James Lindsay be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund, 12290 Depew Rd. Gulfport, MS 39503
