"Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Oma Fryar, 86, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Steed Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Fryar died Sunday. Born in Jefferson, Miss, Mrs. Fryar came to Curry County with her husband William J. Fryar in 1907 and homesteaded here. She is survived by three sons, Mike Fryar of Roswell, David of Grants, and Elmer of Hereford ; two daughters Mrs. Victor Stout and Mrs. Alvin Culpepper both of Clovis; a brother George Shelton of Amarillo, TX; two half-brothers Ross Trapp of Salt Lake City, Utah and Albert Trapp of Pamona, Calif; a half-sister Annie Welch of Lubbock,Tex; 23 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. Joe Stettheimer will officiate the services and Daniel Anthony will assist. Burial will be in the Bellview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dewayne Fryar, Bob Stout, Floyd Culpepper, Ross Duke, Bill Pickins and Randy Jennings. Steed-Todd is in charge of ararngements."
