Annie Warner Ullum was the daughter of Warner Ullum and Susan A. Dovenberger. Her father Warner Ullum died the month before she was born. Annie didn't marry until she was about 47 years old. She married Charles Robinson Jones on 12 May 1912 in Mondel, Maryland. This was Charles' 2nd marriage. He had previously been married to Cora Belle Anderson and had five children by Cora. Charles lived in Berryville, Clarke, Virginia before meeting Annie in Maryland.
Annie helped take care of Charles' children from his previous marriage. In 1923 Charles and Annie and the children moved from Maryland to Florida.
Annie died in Florida, but her body was taken to the Mountain View Cemetery in Sharpsburg, Washington County, Maryland. She shares the same headstone as her mother and her step-father (Elias E. Mondel).
