Richard H. Arnett, 73, of Liberal, died Wednesday, April 28, at the Southwest Medical Center in Liberal. He was born Dec. 7, 1936, in Liberal, the son of Harold G. and Doris F. (Webber) Arnett.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Grace Evangelical Church, with Pastor Andrew Wehling officiating. Interment will be in the Liberal Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller Mortuary. The family suggests memorials be to the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church or to Liberal Good Samaritan in care of the mortuary.
