James Andrew (Andy) Hendren, 75, of Moberly, died at 11:10 o'clock the Medical Center, Columbia, where he had been a patient for one month. Mr. Hendren, a farmer southwest of Moberly, was born near Moberly and had lived in the area all of his life. He hauled coal for the former Holman Laundry for 20 years. Mr. Hendren was a member of the Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife; one son, William A. Hendren of the home; one grandson, Andrew Hendren, also of the home; three brothers, William S. and Jesse Hendren of Moberly and Cecil Hendren of Macon; and an uncle Robert Kanatzar of Moberly. The body is at the Cater Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 3:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the chapel by the Rev. Coleman White, Baptist minister. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.

Daisy's daughter Anna lived with Andrew and his wife. She appears in the 1920 Howard County census with them. Andrew and Sophia lived in California for a short time. I believe Anna was with age and stayed there. I met Anna around 1980.
