Sophie M. (Cedor) Bush, 100, of Manchester, widow of the late Carl J. Bush and former wife of the late Harold Sankey, died Monday, (November 6, 2000) at Manchester Memorial Hospital.
She was born January 25, 1900 in Rockville, daughter of the late Martin and Annie (Janeka) Cedor and had lived most of her life in Manchester.
Mrs. Bush was a parishioner of St. James Church in Manchester and a former member of the Ladies of St. James.
Prior to her retirement she had been a sales clerk for over twenty years at the former Burton's Dept. Store in Manchester.
Mrs. Bush is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Ann B. and Terry Werkhoven of Manchester, Mary Jane and Everette Buckland, also of Manchester; her brother, Leo Frey of Rockville; and her sister, Gertrude Edwards of Ellington.
