SUsan was married to Jame Thomas Herd 03-16-1883, in Dallas (supposely) her parents were Wm J Lewis and Mary ann Helvey (Halvey). they use to live in Cedar creek, Texas her family is bury in this cemerety, but not her childern. All of her childern are gone, being my Gma Emma E. Puckett the last oone to pass on in Aug 7, 1998.. Gma talked many hrs about her mother, how she was such a good woman she died when gma was about 13 yrs old.. SHe said her father was a hard man, and after her mother died her father (James Thomas Herd) marry a woman by the name of Pearl Sandin.
