The funeral for Michael D. Shawver of Cotati, California will be at 11 a.m. Monday [Sep. 29, 1986] at the Chapel of the Hills mortuary in San Anselmo.
Mr. Shawver, who was 28, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 1986, at his home in Cotati after a long illness.
He was born and grew up in Marin County, where he attended Sir Francis Drake High School. for several years, he had lived in Rohnert Park and Cotati.
Survivors are his son and daughter, Michael and Sabrina Shawver; his parents, Margaret Cameron and Dareld Shawver, both of Rohnert Park; two brothers, Skip Burr of Ohio and George Shawver of Rohnert Park; and two sisters, Barbara Wadlewski and Cindy Billings of Rohnert Park.
Friends may call at the mortuary after 10:30 a.m.
Burial will be at the Mount Tamalpais Cemetery in San Rafael.
The family has asked that memorial donations be sent to Hospice of Petaluma, 400 N. McDowell Blvd., Petaluma 94952.
