Mrs. Tibbett Posey Busby, wife of Dr. Allison Busby, prominent young Memphis Dentist, died suddenly this morning at the Methodist Hospital from acute Nephritis developed Friday.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon from the family residence, 750 N. Trezvant St. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
Rev. Robert A. Clark of the Union Ave Methodist Church will officiate. J.T. Hinton & Son are in charge.
Mrs. Busby would have celebrated her twenty second birthday today. Pallbearers will be Warren Webb, Ray Hooker, Ameil Wright, Frank Wright, Stanley Ogle
and M.D. Smith.
She was born in Jonesboro, Ark. coming to Memphis with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.A. Posey, eight years ago. She attended the Cummings School. Dr. and Mrs. Busby had been married 5 years. She was a member of the Union Ave. Methodist Church.
Surviving her are two brothers, J.D. and Lucius Posey, Jr. and sisters Mrs. Vivian Posey Robinson and Clara Jon of Memphis, Mrs Jimmie Posey Owen of Luxora, Ark.
