Funeral services were held Monday at 10 a.m. in Brownsboro for Shelia Marie Fulgham, aged nine, who died at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler after a lengthy illness.
She was a fourth grade student at Brownsboro. She was born there and had resided in Brownsboro all her life.
Services were conducted from the Brownsboro Church of Christ with John Peel, pastor, and George Verga officiating. Interment was in Oak Lawn Memorial Park in Athens. Burkes-Walker-Tippit Funeral Home of Tyler was in charge of the arrangements.
The little girl was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bryan Fulgham Sr. of Brownsboro. Other survivors are two brothers, Joe Bryan Fulgham Jr. and Jeffery Fulgham, both of Brownsboro; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. P.H. Boles and Mr. and Mrs. Ivy Fulgham, all of Brownsboro.
Pallbearers were Truitt Fulgham, Gwin Fulgham, Arland Boles, John Saunders, Emerson Chapman and Jack Beall.
