James "Andrew" Little, 44, of Jefferson City, died Monday, December 21, 2009, in Jefferson City.

He was born on January 27, 1965, in Jefferson City, the son of James Hugh and Rosalie Delaney Little. His parents survive in Jefferson City. He attended Jefferson City High School, Lincoln University, and the University of Missouri. Andrew retired from the Missouri Dept. of Social Services as an Information Specialist. He attended First United Methodist Church, Jefferson City. He was a member of the United Sportsman Club and the National Rifle Association. For nine years Andrew was a member of the Jefferson City Swim Team.

Survivors include his parents; three aunts, Patricia Ann (Leslie) Light, Arlington, Texas; Agnes Wise, Columbia, SC; Mary Belle (Delbert) Ervin, Charleston, Ark.; one uncle, Samuel (Patricia) Delaney, Chapin, SC; a special friend, Tina Wethington, Jacksonville, Ark.; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by and uncle and aunt, Charles and Patricia Ann Delaney; and an uncle, Sidney Wise.

Funeral Services will be 12 Noon Monday, December 28, 2009, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Dumas officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 12 Noon at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the Methodist Early Learning Program at First United Methodist Church.
