Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government, 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday and after 8 a.m. Monday. Masonic services at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Religious services at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial in Roselawn Memorial Park.
Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Carolyn L. Thornton; a son-in-law, Charles Monroe Thornton; a sister, Gladys Marie Phillips; a brother, F.M. Long Sr.; and a granddaughter, Jan LaNasa. Survivors live in Baton Rouge.
