She was born in Scotland County, February 16, 1933 and was the daughter of the late George and Mary Quick Radford. She was a former Campbell Soup employee. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Colvin (T.C.) Bean Jr; one son, Tommy Bean of Dallas; three daughters, Jackie Robinson of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Udora Lee and Teresa Quick of Laurinburg; two brothers, Gilbert Radford of Pamplico, CA. and Cecil Radford of Laurinburg; two sisters, Myrtle Radford and Martha Williams of Laurinburg; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
