Nancy Trexler was born to John I and Mary Ann Elizabeth "Bettie" Simpson Trexler. She married Arthur Thomas Ford on 10 Dec 1901 in Henrico County, Virginia. Children born to this union are limked below. She also raised a step son, Benjamin Ashby Ford. Nancy died in Sheltering Arms Hospital of Chronic Cholecystitis.

"Nancy was ill and in Sheltering Arms Hospital. One day Arthur had gone to visit her and upon returning home, he wasn't feeling well and laid down and never awoke. Nancy was not told of Arthur's death. She died about a month later. The children were suddenly orphaned.
