mother-in-law to Walter Karbley

(special thanks to Carrie Grayson for the following info) Maria Heft Patton, born 1830 in Kentucky and moved to the Millersville, Dauphin County area where she married Jacob S. Patton. They moved to Helfenstein, Northumberland/Schuylkill County where Jacob died abt 1889. Maria Patton continued to live in Helfenstein and went to stay with my great grand uncle ,Walter E Karbley, #90281140, when she died. Her daughter Ellen, #54249943 ,Ella married Walter Karbley, and son McClellan, married Walter's sister Ida Karbley and Maria and Joseph's other daughter married Mahlon Miller . Ellen, and McClellan and Sarah all went out to Great Falls Montana. The rest of the Patton children had very tragic lives. I have most of their obits and some death certificates I was just in Mt. Carmel Cemetery Sun and could not find a grave stone for her or daughter in law Ida Karbley Patton who died in childbirth in 1893. All notices said Oak Hill section of Mt. C Cem, but as usual so many stones are missing and if flat are below the ground now. Carrie Karbley Grayson
