Ruth was born to Maximo Rodriguez Rios and "Lola" Rodriguez Ladesma on May 29, 1938. She graduated from Eli Whitney High School, of Brooklyn, NY in 1956. As a young adult, she was an Office Manager for Dr. Goldman in Brooklyn, NY After moving home to Puerto Rico she worked for Puerto Rico Telephone Company for 25 years prior to retirement.
Her family loved her dearly. One son, Anthony (Tony)Torres (Dianne) of Greenville, SC, one daughter Ruth Y'vette Collado Rodriguez of the home, survived her.
Her grandchildren; Nannete and Nycole Resto Collado, Joshua and Micheal Torres were the loves of her life and two step grandchildren who loved her dearly survive her; DJ and Bryan Price.
Also surviving is one very special sister Rebecca Rodriguez Ledesma of Dorado, Puerto Rico and one loving brother David Rodriguez Ledesma.
"Ruthie" was predeceased by her parents; and one grandson, Joshua Torres.
